Balloon Heads

A mysterious new piece floats through the 18b Arts District on a bed of spray painted blue water. This artist unknown piece with multi-heads and solemn looking faces is quite striking on the red and white wall, joined by someone's god awful chicken scratch tags. What is the deal with those?! Each face looks like they've been carefully drawn with one continuous and unstopping motion, finished by their signature up top that reads either B or B3? Interesting.
