Blue in the Face

OverUnder brings us one of his hand painted pieces all the way from Reno to Las Vegas. This black spray paint on blue paper design is on outskirts of the 18b Arts District, on the abandoned apartment complex on Casino and Utah. A rather laid back looking fellow wearing a NV hat with an unreadable quote written across the face in grey, while the wood from the building seems to be having an acid trip while psychedelically bending around to come back inside it self, quite the selection of metaphors and it works well!
