Planting Seeds

Shye Bunnysuit floats back into the 18b Arts District on a cloud of smoke with the most adorable pot leaf we've ever seen! A smiling green cutie with anime eyes and Shye's beautiful calligraphic signature. With Nevada moving towards a possible end to marijuana prohibition in 2016, it seems like the old "Don't Gamble With Marijuana" billboard was just a nightmare for this little guy. Well, and for anyone old enough to remember......Wait, what was I saying again?..

Target Practice

Shye Bunnysuit returns with some "creative destruction" in a new wheatpaste, a shooting target with colorful bunnies, text and some very real bullet holes courtesy of the artist herself! We found this explanation of her piece on Instagram "Going hunting wabbits..... Because at any time I can choose to eliminate the bunny that I myself created. I am not bound by the bunny, although it has become synonymous with who I am. I can take it or leave it!" Pretty interesting find on 1st Street in the 18b Arts District.

Mortal Komrades

Milk the Bunny and Shye Bunnysuit spare us the wait of their inevitable artistic collaboration. We hoped these two artists would find each other and work together. Lucky for us they didn't waste any time and the results are just great! A vibrant and colorful "versus" piece (complete with Mortal Kombat reference), using each artists signature style, playing off each other, while making one fun and cohesive piece. Nice! Now just don't make us wait til Easter for the next collab piece, ok you two?

The Circle Of Art

Shye Bunnysuit returns to the 18b Arts District with a piece that gives us a peek into her creative process. A round black and white paster with a string of words (SEE, FEEL, PLAN, MAKE) added symbols that correspond with said text with arrows to help you along your artistic journey. Now that she has given us our instructions, go out and create something!!!

Ice Cream Party

There is a new bunny in town, well there are few of em hopping around beautifying the 18b Arts District to be exact. But this is the first piece we've seen from local artist Shye Bunnysuit with her big-eyed anime styled bunnies. A damn cute black and white paster signed in her beautiful calligraphy work. Found riding above Dan45's puzzle piece on Casino Drive, nice!
